固定用法是sth is expected to do 或者sb expects sth to do, sb expects that...

c中的这个句式是sth is expected that ...根本就不通了

sth is expected that.. is awkward. That is why A, B, C are wrong.

来到这里一看，咦？怎么没人问as的问题呢……

自己以一想，……晕！as这不是当“作为”的意思，是个介词嘛！

看来是比较的题做多了，看到as就当成连词了……

D绝对错，production is expected to provide enough electricity for 1.3 million households, production能给households提供电能吗？翻译过来是产量提供电能，肯定错。应该是风车提供电能，产量本身就是电能，电能怎么自己去给Households提供电能？！个人认为B。

刚开始错选了B~
总结的时候想想B的逻辑才有问题：
B. almostexpected that it willdouble by the end of the year, thusproviding（现在想想：thus providing表伴随结果应该是已经发生了的事才能导致的结果，而这里仅仅是“期望如何如何”，是对以后的预测，现在怎么能说以后能导致的结果怎样呢？所以providing用在这里不合适）
