This means at least another essay about post-MBA goal?

and even this essay is optional, from what i read... basically there is ZERO required essay form HBS. A true game changer...

seriously? So... if there's not REQUIRED writing, only Q&A on the application form, does that mean the recommendation would carry more weight?
