Q3. B. making .... 的逻辑主语可能是 medicare,  也可能是 services。表达不清晰。

Q4. officially known as F.A. 的逻辑主语是 construction, 不是colloseum, 否则的话,不应该有逗号的。

再请问一下版主,关于Q4答案

中的which was不能省略是不是因为要引起歧义, 那我可不可以理解成为这种类型的句子在不影响句子意思的时候可以把'which was/were""which is/are""those who"这种可以省略掉呢? 谢谢版主了!
