请问B选项中最后这个as many是充当的什么成分？ 觉得念起来很奇怪

感觉是as ...as的省略用法， 省略后面的as， 那就相当于一个副词短语吧。
She’s clever, but her brother is just as clever【as she is 】. 她很聪明，但她兄弟也一样聪明。
