You ask a very good question. It's very hard for me to tell you whether you should go to a specific school or not, because it depends a lot on the specifics of your position, on what you do, what your current situation and salary is, what your career goals are, where you want to live and work, and so on… But what I can tell you is that the number of countries people come from is totally irrelevant. The single most important thing in my mind is "How does this school get me to my goals?" followed quickly by "Is it worth it?" (financially).
To answer your first question, the information you need most is: What do people do after they graduate? Where do they get hired? What are their salaries? What are the school's employment statistics? You can find some of this information here: http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/rankings/full_time_mba_profiles/ucriverside.html, and we see that job offers are not superb,(only 64% got offers within three months) and that salaries for an MBA area bit low (in comparison to top programs), but this may be good for you, depending upon your current salary).
Which brings me to my second point - ROI (Return on Investment). This one is easier because it is a financial calculation - figure out what your salary might b after graduating, figure out the costs (including the opportunity costs of two missed years) for you to go there, and see how long it will take to pay it back. This is a good place to start. It would also be a good idea to speak with other Chinese students from the school to see how the job placement is for people from your country.
I hope this helps you get started! And if you have further questions, you know where to find us.
