觉得我应该要好好锻炼一下我短期回忆的能力，
我想了想一遍下来读得虽然快却毛都没记住，做题还是得回头看，浪费时间~
小分队的训练也要调整一下方法~

经常追求速 ...

我之前就是看得特别快，差不多一分钟180-200W的样子，然后就通常是能了解大概在讲什么，却囫囵吞枣的，所以每一次做完了感觉也不太爽。

我现在拿做Og阅读的那种速度来做的小分队，通常能把脉络理得更清楚一些，理解更清晰了，差不多读完中心，逻辑很清楚了。

我想着怎么能把理解力和速度提高就好了。
我今天做阅读就是好慢好慢超级慢超级慢，~~差不多20分钟一篇（9个题）

小分队的练习有时候也是如此（捂脸~）要赶快改正。

There are different  kind  department in hospital.

Emergency Room(ER): The room treat people who are serious and cant wait more minute .
Trumer unit ： Treat people who have physical injury.
Carduology department: treat people who have heart problem
ICU    : treat people who are endander dying
Obsterics   : related child birth
Gynecology   : trea girl's and woman's illness
nael natell     : born baby   
nurology    : Treat brain peoblems and about the nervous.
onlogy    : treat people who have cancer  
burnet :  treat the people who have been burnd on fires
He finnally give up wating the computer restart, and find her girlfriend one by one.

We find out that he didn’t satisfied what he have achieved, and he often set a higher goal than in the past.
Faced this stress, how bill deal with it?
1breathing. Everyday, many times deep breathing make you fresh and decrease your stress.
2medtating. It concentrate your every parts  from brain to toes ,relax your body ,and  bright your brain.   
3listening.when you devoted to listening others,you will feel concentrated and less stress.
4 questioning.it’s not the actually asking a question,but ask your unture thought?Is is right? Remind yourself ,that is wrong.
5 purpose. Just absorb one thing in one period.
Finally, the most important you should ensure your goal is easy to get and are complete in a free and easy condition.

   很受启发噢，以前也看过一些讨论love 的视频。
记得清楚一点的是，为什么我们在爱情中会痛苦，因为我们在爱情中期望很高，却没有承受失望的打击的能力。
