课程设置
航空金融理学硕士项目课程有三个主要组成部分，共计33个学分。第一部分是航空管理核心课程，12个学分，包括航空战略营销管理、决策会计、高级航空经济学、航空公司运营及管理。第二部分含6门必修的金融课程，18个学分，包括管理财务学、投资学、高级公司财务管理、航空运输经济模型、国际航空金融学、飞机及航空公司融资管理。此外，学生必须完成一项与金融相关的学术研究课题，或参加与本专业有关的企业实习，以修满所规定的学分。

Answer: The MSAF program has no particular requirement about the previous majors that students have pursued in their undergraduate study. That means students with any major in their bachelor's degree are eligible to apply for the program. However, the applicants need to show that they have taken some business/economics classes at the undergraduate level including two in economics (micro & macro), one in accounting, one in finance, and one in statistics. These are the basic prerequisites for many graduate courses the MSAF students will take after joining the program. Otherwise, students will have to take those undergraduate courses here at Embry-Riddle, adding their expenses and extending their stay in the program. So when you apply for our program, you need to have an official transcript in English, and the specific descriptions about the courses you may want to be transferred and considered to meet the prerequisite requirements. 2. 申请 MSAF 对 GRE 的成绩有什么要求?
Answer: To apply for the program, the minimum requirement for GRE score is 300. Generally, the higher the GRE (or GMAT), the stronger the application, and the greater the chance to get the merit-based assistantship.

Answer: The merit-based scholarship awarded by the university provides a tuition discount (up to $8,000 per year) covering the academic semesters in Fall and Spring.  The criteria for selection mainly include undergraduate GPA and GMAT (or GRE) score. Given the limited pool of scholarship, the sooner the application, the better the chance of getting a higher amount.

5. 申请 MSAF 的截止日期是什么？
Answer: There is no fixed deadline for the graduate program application. Technically, international students should start the application 90 days before the semester starts so that there is sufficient time for visa processing, if needed. The suggested deadline for the fall semester, therefore, is June 1st.
