To  increase economic growth government can neglect environmental concerns?

Economic develpoment often times require people to sacrifice environment for we people know better than any living creatures that any advancement comes at a price.Nevertheless, should we neglet environmental concerns simply to increase our economic growthNO.on the contrary, environmental concerns should be placed as our top priority in this modern society.General arguments and details will be demonstrated in the following passage to further strengthen my opinion.

Bases of Human’s livelihood entirely depend on the earth,to be more precisely,the earth environment which including trees,rivers,oceans ,forests ,ores and all other natural materials we can obtain from the nature. Any acts that can sabotage these resources will eventually lead humans to devastation.History has made it very clear that environment is the cornerstone of economic growth.the ancient Babylon civilization was doomed because of environmental disasters.we can naver neglect the influence environment can exert.

Environment lies in every single person’s well being and health.Environmental problems has caused many problems all around the world and the cost of it will be devastating to some nations.For example,global warming will cause the sea lever to raise and food crops to decrease, Maldives soon will be inundated by sea water and the government is considering moving out from their homeland. People in central Asia will suffer form drought ,many people might die because of starvation.

Environmental protection also provides people with better condition for economic growth.In countries like Singapore, splendid environment helps to promote their tourism and in the long run make tremendous contributions to the economy.When people think of Singapore,their first impression would be a garden nation not a fast growing country although tourism has made Singapore a developed country in the world,this again manifests environmental protection will not get in the way of economic growth,on the contrary,it serves economy on a large scale.

Economic growth is vital for a nation,because it stands for wealth and success of a people.And steady and healthy growing economy will give the nation the substantial and continuing high quality of life.However,whenever and wherever,environmental issues should not be neglected .
