[公告]刚刚收到Rochester的interview request

刚刚收到Rochester的电话面试邀请。 没想到这么快， 还准备过了新年才去准备呢。 看来这几个礼拜的麻将约会要取消了。 先搞定这个学校，再骑马找马巴。

诸位有没有也收到Rochester的邀请的？ 交流交流经验巴。

我刚刚准备动手写MIT的作文， 现在也没时间也了。 本来不准备申请Harvard 和Stadford 的， 现在看来形式比我估计的好， 不申请又觉得可惜了， 不知道怎么办才好。

Rochester的效率是比较高，我是在上次11月的MBA tour作的面试。问题比较general，就是why MBA，cross－culture experience，finance aid之类的，representative可是个漂亮mm，不过兄弟无缘看到了：）

恭喜！！楼主成功了一半了！

Rochester的办事效率相当高，不但Ad. Co.,其他内部机构办事效率也相当不错。Rochester去年新上任了一位dean，办事效率高，并且充分利用自己的network为学生找工作（去年有个中国学生去找dean谈，后来dean利用自己的网络介绍他去上海，工作相当不错－－大概是中国学生最好的工作之一），为学校筹款，倾听每个学生的声音......并且新dean大刀阔斧头，把career center，ad. co. 等机构大换血，现在的Rocheter朝气蓬勃，整个Rochester的staff，faculty and students上下团结，全体一致，屏足了劲，上升的空间非常大－－应该说Rochester一度下滑，但现在情况在好转，并且会越来越好！

Yes, I can see my status update from the Simon homepage.

You may go to "Admission Status Results" to check your status, mine is "Complete". Anyway, I use online applicatin and submitted on 11/11/2004.   If you use paper application and submitted a few days after me, you may still need to wait a while to see the status update.

By the way, yesterday, I have done the interview. The girl is quite nice. Questions is normal, she sounds quite familiar with Chinese students, she even knows that Chinese new year is at the end of January, but I correct her that it is begining of February this year.  We also talked a little about U.S. TV program and the impression I got about American people from the TV. She jokes with me that not everything is the same as showed on TV.

I guess it should be no problem for me to be admitted by this school.
