Colleges and universities must do a better job preparation of the workplace for students.

There is a growing tendency for students to allocate jobs. So the preparation of the workplace which colleges and universities must do should be better than before to provide a chance for students to learn the basic skill to work.

Actually, the workplace that collages offered is the place where the students can learn something else except the knowledge told at classroom. They will learn how to use the theories to solve the  practical problems even they have no willing to take a job. When I went to the workplace, I became a leader of a team to investigate the information which companies published. L （I） learned how to be a leader which the teacher never told me and how to told the difference between two companies. As I suggest, the colleges should develop the workplace to make sure expanding the skills of students.

Let us get down to the fundamentals, and agree that the preparation of the workplace is vital for the students. The most important element of the view of an interviewee to decide whether the students can get a job is that how many experiences do they get. For example, my roommate received an offer from the IMB for（for后面不能加句子，用because吧） he have（has) the account experience in the workplace of the college. In the contrary, a roommate of mine who did better than him in the study failed in the competition of finding job. So the workplace where students can get experience of work seems more important than we think.

Of course, some people may argue that develop the workplace is a waste of money and time for the reason that students could find the chance to work out of school. This might be true, however, with the development of the workplace, the communication of students and professor will be bonded closely. At my school, the professor always participate the workplace to give the guidance to the students. Even there is some waste of money, the benefit which the workplace can give is undeniable.

To sum up, the development of workplace in colleges can improve the skill to work of students and banded the relationship of teachers between students and provide a advantage in finding jobs.

As the development of internet, there are varies ways to make new friends, however in my view point, the old ways always are the best way such as traveling to expend our circle of friends.

Firstly, traveling around can let as meet someone form different culture which is more meaning full than other methods to know new friend. We can know the original culture if we be there and have a chat with the people who live there which can’t learn from joining a sports team or searching the internet. For example, when I was young, there were some rumors about the people of SHANDONG province that they were very aggressive, but when I got there, the person of SHANDONG made me like home and I made a lot friends. So traveling can make us know more about others and made more friends.

Additionally, the propose to make friends for us is that to have fine with others we don’t know and the traveling is the best way to get in touch with strangers. The old friends meeting always boring because that old friends have known each others already, though a long time, the old friends have nothing to tell except something happened nearly, and it is hard to imagine if there is a lots fine in the communication. My nuncle is a man who love traveling, when I go somewhere, my nuncle introduces his friends who live there and between the conversation, I can feel the deep friendship between them and the happiness time they have been though. In the contrary, when I get into his old friends meeting, there is not a very happy atmosphere. So meeting new friends in traveling is the best way. I can see.

Although the traveling may be a waste of money to someone, but the benefit from traveling is more vital than money. When traveling, friends can help each other to improve friendships, however, if there is no friends, we can though the helping to know each other and to make friends. There are lots examples show that the one who help someone in the emergence such as be injured , the most nice friendship will show. So if we want a friendship which can last long, the traveling is a wise choice.

To sum up, traveling is a better way to make friends, at least in my point.

With the lies and rumors increasing dramatically in our society, how to deal with friends become more vital. To be honest or lie to your friends in some special situation, however, some people hold the point that we must tell lies to our fiend in case of them, but l strongly argue that we should stay honest to our friend forever.

Firstly, we should consider that if our friends find out our lies, the pain they get more than we can think and the most probably consequence is that our friendship will be end and according to a research on the internet, the possibility of our friends aware that we are telling lies are very high.
So the risk of dishonest to our friends usually endured by ourselves. When I was a child, I cheated my best friend for I broke his favourate toy, which made me regretted for a long time, when I thick this thing would passed, however, I friends found out the truth that the toy was broke because of me. I can remember how angry he is and the world he said impressed me a lot and hurt me a lot. Eventually , I give a period to the friendship by myself. According to this thing, I learn that we should never tell lies to our friends or we will regret for a long time.

Moreover, being honest to our friends can make our life easy. We do not need to worry about the consequence of the discovery of our lies and have to tell another lie to fix what we said before. There always are some people saying they were tired because of telling lies, if we start a lie, the series of lies come up because we have to cover the original one. My ancle was a manager of a company, he said he had to tell a lots lies because of his work which made him tried and became old quickly that with only one year, his hair almost became white and had to went to saw doctors per month. When he resigned, he said he needed not to cheat anyone eventually, and get health back and enjoyed the relax time which tell us telling lies is not a easy work to do.

Tough someone argues that in some special situation we must cheat our friends such as having date experience with the girl friend of friends. At this environment, in the contrary, I suggest we should tell truth because it will be exposed eventually and hiding has no use to solve the problem. It can see frequently that those problems can solve perfect such as my friend just had the problem a said above, he just said it out and the relationship between his friends seems more bonded then before.

To sum up, we should not tell lies to our friends because of any reasons.

The rules in societies today are too strict for young people.

As the booming of our societies, there are more and more rules being applied to young people. In my opinion, I think strict rules are too much for young people. I will give my examples following.

We can see the rules are too strict for young people from news. It says that the boy can’t get married before 24. As we all know, love is the most beautiful thing. If we break the love between boy and girl, the serious problems will follow. For example, a boy killed his girlfriend because of he did not want her leave him away. If the boy have any love experience before, he will forgive the girl and let her find her own happiness. However, in the past years, boys and girls can express their love to each other and never have the limitation of age to rule strictly.  

The rules become strict to us can be back to the school time. When I was a schoolboy, my teacher told me that I could not go to the toilet during the class. However, I had to go to go to toilet because I eat some food which was not clean once. That was the worst nightmare I had. I could not listen to the teacher, and moved my body to adjust to the stomach ache. Furthermore, my teacher blamed me for I interrupted her thought. After I had though this, I realized that the rules were too strict for the young people even in the schools.

The rules are trick to the young people all over the word. The strict rules also are international problems. There are more forbidden things and more strict rules than past in the world. For example, there are a lot places do not allow young people to do some dangerous works such as driving. On the contrary, many young people can drive perfectly. Even this rule is concerned as our safety, but it is do too strict to the freedom of young people.

In the end, the rules are too strict to young people. We can see it form the examples before. Moreover, we will find more truth about it. So the more strict rules are applied to young people.

Young people today more likely to give time and effort improving the world than young people were at the past.

Young people nowadays want to improve the world than before. In the contrary, we can say the young people before do not want to change the world. Although there are many famous companies and great inventions were created by nowadays young people such as facetime and yahoo. However, there are some reasons that young people nowadays want to give time and effort improving the world. To comparing with nowadays young people, the young people before are more willing to improve the world.

Firstly, the technical limitation does not allow the young people before to show their eager to change the world. In one hand, nowadays young people could change world easily than before, they have computer and internet, they can get information quickly, they can ask questions to professional person. Thus, they could have some greater works than before to show their willing and ability to improve this world. However, the people before do not have those convenient conditions to achieve their goal to improve the world. In the other hand, the young people’s great work depends on the former young people. The young people build the foundation. After that, the young people could do something big nowadays.  So, the young people may likely want to improve this world than nowadays. They just are lack of technical supply.

Secondly, young people in the past have changed this world a lot. It can’t be compared with nowadays work. To some specific period, the different work would be concerned in a different way. For example, to the past people, a young man fights to the other country, is respected. Nowadays, fighting to others is antihuman. So we can’t judge the young people whether they want to improve their world in our respective. We should put ourselves to the specific period to consider whether the young people in the past want to improve their world.

Thirdly, nowadays people do not likely to improve their world. In order to have a stable life, they may give their chance to improve their world. There are a lot young person who cheat in the exam. They just want to have a good mark to have a good life. They abandon their chances to improve their world, because they do not learn things and just want a easiest way to have a stable life. In the contrary, at past, young do not have the concern of good study, for they have many ways to have a good life such as work as a worker or do something as a prayer.

In one word, we can claim that young people are more likely to improve the world than before. For the reasons that the past young people do not have the technical supply and we can’t consider them in our respective. Moreover, nowadays young people are lazy and do not want to change the world because they just want a stable life.
