本题对答案C没有疑问，只是B为什么不对？难道仅仅是因为C在结构上更similar吗？

Though the Polar freezer uses more electricity, there is a bigger profit on premium  foods.Thus ,if electricity rates fell ,a lower volume of premium-food sales could justify choosing the Polar freezer .

Spot the question type: Method of reasoning - flaw

Core of the argument:

If Miser, then must be true to drive 60,000 miles to make up the differences from the savings of fuels

So, if fuel prices drop, it would take fewer miles ( It should be more )

C - It should be more advantageous where average wages are high.
