请问如果用答案D的话，那后面的by longshoremen and automobile workers.是修饰谁的呢？？不会是修饰罢工吧？

应该都对的.GAMC不会让你仅仅区别这3个表达的不同。肯定跟逻辑主语等等考点搭关的。
