刚刚毕业的时候是很迷茫的，不知道楼主有没有同样的感觉。我是在4大工作了4年之后才坚定了念mba的决心，因为发现了自己需要继续提高的方向。关于这个问题我觉得XDF讲的很好：出国真的只是最后的退路。它只是一个手段，当你发现你在国内不能通过类似的方法获得成功时，才去选择它。

hehe,等你进了firm你才会明白现在firm里的情况。不过我还是同意大家的意见，先工作一下。这样你才能真正理解你所要学习的东西和你为什么要学这些。PS，在KP或任何一家，都不会轻松。在充斥着mission impossible和incredible deadline的生活里要学会保护自己。我毕业时，班上有1/2加入五大。但现在只剩一人。

If I were you, I would accept KPMG for 2 years...then apply....but the competition is quite high even among the colleagues....almost all want to leave or study abroad after 1 year work there.

I refused EY when I finished undergradute and headed abroad, that's what I regret now...
