可是more than 3是大于3的意思
而at least as many as 3是大于等于3的意思啊？？怎么回事了....

可是c中的主语是reduction 啊！当然要用单数的谓语
而e中的主语我认为应该是rates，reducing是修饰rates的，谓语用了复数acknowledge没有错啊！！不知道e的主语到底应该是什么？

66.感觉，未必对。在所属格's和修饰的主体名词之间，不能加分词修饰。如果需要分词修饰，应该放在名词的后面。想要rates做主语，应该类似这样：Board's rates reducing...。如果按照e的放法，reducing应该是动名词做主语。

66、reducing这里是动名词，主语是sb's reducing [sth]，不是根据sth来判断agreement

宾语？？？应该是谓语吧？？我就是不明白为什么要reducing做主语而不是rates？？所以才...不过siebel哥哥和braveMBAGG说的对，但是我还是有点模糊，有什么定性一点的判断方法没有啊？？ing这种形式什么时候做主语，什么时候做修饰成分呢？？
