那这题的原意应该是评论者是错误的。但是题目的选项又是教育者有没有错误很难说？
有没有朋友来解答一下

你理解错了句子的意思。句子意思是说educators没有anticipate the impact of...并不是他们的错。用中文解释就是说，他们确实没有anticipate，但是这无可厚非，是历史的必然，因为当时没人能预计到microcomputer tech会发展得如此惊人。
我语言表达能力不行。总之就类似于“‘最厉害的人都做错了这个题，你做错了也不是你的问题，是这题太出人意料了“这种意思。。

楼上 感谢啊！~我也是这样觉得，不过你有看OG那个答案咩？ 它好像说是For greater....: educators
are at fault for not anticipating the impact of
microcomputer technology
就是我帖在帖子里面的那段话。。那他的意思岂不是educators错了？
还望指教

前面不是有"can hardly be said"这个否定形式嘛。。有什么问题？

我本来想找答案的，后来自己捉摸出来答案的意思了，我是C/D选项选错的。C答案除了wordy之外说曲解了意思，我的思考如下。C的句子重心是说，是这些educators的fault，D的重心是说没有anticipate这件事是fault。所以C肯定没有D好。我记得曼哈顿里面专门有讲过类似的东西

为什么C选项的意思是曲解呢？而且OG上说lack completion，我也不理解

C主要是第二个It is用的有点问题，wordy,不完整，曲解意思。
C - It can hardly be said that it is the fault of educators who have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology
第二个It is 后面是 who 的定语从句 翻译过来就是： It can hardly be said that it is the fault of a certain kind of educators.  certain kind - those educators who have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology

没有说明 what is the fault of educators? 所以这个it缺乏指代对象，句子不完整.

C的问题确实是曲解了意思，who后面部分是修饰，如果省略不看，句子意思完全改变
