但OG解释说是：The phrasing drugs that are becoming and doctors having also written are awkward and confusing; the placement of also is incorrect. 那么awkward and confusing在哪里呢？

虽然两个子句的主语平行，但是动词不平行啊，一个是一般进行时，一个是“进行完成时“。having written的使用不正确，用一般进行时就可以了。also的出现使固定搭配not...but...变成了not...but...also之嫌，破坏了固定搭配。你到底是要用not...but...还是not only...but also...呢？

感谢victor198506的答复。我想having written 肯定是不对的，再怎么说也该用writing。让我恍然大悟啊

而且觉得好像一般很少用because of sb. doing这样的结构，表达方式上似乎不大好，这样不如直接用because从句

而且语义也不对，原句主要说的是药品越来越贵，以及医生开药方这些事情会导致的现象，而C是说药品和医生，强调的对象也不一样。
