You have been selected to receive a graduate scholarship from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.

We have already awarded all the available scholarships for our Master of Science degree programs for Fall 2013, but your credentials have qualified you for an award through our Joint MS/MBA program.
To accept this award, you need to tell us that you will join the Joint MS/MBA program when you arrive for Fall 2013.  But, if after you arrive you decide not to join the Joint MS/MBA program, you will still receive this one-time scholarship.
The Joint MS/MBA program, is designed to complete the Master of Science degree first and the MBA second, if you choose.
The Joint MS/MBA program is an excellent value, because you can earn two degrees with only 27 additional graduate credit hours.
The one-time prize of $1,000 will be credited to your account shortly after the start of the Fall 2013 semester.  You will also receive Texas-resident tuition rate, reducing your tuition bill by about 50% for the Fall 2013, Spring 2014 and Summer 2014 semesters (total of 3 semesters).  This scholarship award is non-renewable.  For semesters beyond Summer 2014, you will have the opportunity to compete with other JSOM students for a limited number of continuing student graduate scholarships.
You do not need to change your degree program at this time or change your VISA to accept this award.  Should you decide to join the Joint MS/MBA program, you can change your VISA after you arrive.
You are not eligible for this award if you have earned any graduate credits from JSOM at any time prior to starting the degree associated with this scholarship application.
To accept this award, reply to this email stating you accept this scholarship offer.  The deadline to reply is April 30, 2013.  Failure to accept this scholarship offer via email by the deadline will void this offer of scholarship.  Your email should say, “I accept this scholarship offer from the Joint MS/MBA program.”

我如果决定只要MS，不去MBA，那我拿到的奖学金是不是只有1000刀？

加上MBA快60个学分了，实在是不想读啊~炒冷饭炒来炒去！

听说可以先接受着~到时候读完MS可以直接毕业不用读MBA, 但是第一年的奖学金照样给~

人家信里说了。你去了后，可以选择不读mba。但是还是享受3个学期的学费减免的。。
