    这里面，to被省略掉了。请问，如何判断to是被正确的省略了，还是被错误的丢掉了？？我做题的时候，想到了要找这个to do的平行，可是没想到，答案在这里省略掉了这个to。真头疼。

69，it 指代Morocco ，多看两遍句子自然就明白了。

70, cut 这里是过去分词做定语修饰The first trenches。

73，省略 to，因为 主语和谓语一致，连词and 后可以省略 。

77，注意1972 年，并非现在发生，而且是否现在还起作用未知，所以正常逻辑思维下应为一般过去式。

73.  to的省略我答不上，不过推荐个知识点，一般看见thereby, then, as a result, in turn这些词，都是辅助平行项的插入词。

77. 个人觉得题目设定的时间为1972这个时间点，属于发生在过去的事情，只是对过去的这件事一个陈述。也就是说，1972年这个法案设立后，在当时减少了垃圾量。而如果使用reduces的话，则会造成是时态上的不符合。而且一般现在时 表示一般状态、习惯动作、客观规律和永恒真理，reduce在法案中的这个动作属于这个范畴。

如果需要一个持续性的表达的话，句中应该出现相应的时间词。
如：A 1972 agreement between Canada and the United States has reduced the amount of phosphates that municipalities allow to dump into the Great Lakes for 30 years.

1.看不出LZ指的黄色部分是哪里，这里只能告诉你ON 后面不是主语。

2.making the sloth 这里是结果状语，不是修饰fossils。而是表示 Fossils have been dated at 34 million years old 的结果。

3.现在完成时是根据前面的are 和从句中的during the first 3 months of this year结合句意判断的。
