Kellogg is very selectively but we want more Chinese students to join us. I cannot guarantee the answer interval since we are extremely hectic. But please have the FAQs in a list as a GMAT question. I or my fellow students will try to answer.
As to admits profile, I think Kellogg used to publish one in its website, can you look for it? If I get the new update. I will post it too.

I don't think your finance background is a major advantage or disadvantage. Kellogg wants diversity in student body. As a top b-school, they have tons of Marketing and Finance people. Whether you will get admit or not doesn't depends on your background alone. The ad com recruits based on your overall package.
