commits 主句是现在时， if 后是对现在的虚拟语气

单独的虚拟条件句可以存在。

但是好像没有虚拟主句+真实条件句的组合。

我看C对，A 有问题。

对  one of +复数名词 后面的verb也是复数；  the one of ＋复数名词，后面的verb 是单数 ！

从这个语法点 A错了！  应该是 commit

其次， a corporation commits a crime whenever one of its employees commits a crime, if the employee acted  既然有定冠词the，那么employee应该是复数更合理，与前面的 its employees 对称

相反，B没有这两个问题。

也许were给人感觉不好，但是were在这里应该还是可以表达be 的作用，而不是因为在if后面有“如果。。却与实际相反的意思”而改变原意

总之，A的错误在那，我选了B

1. one of the employees主詞是one不是employees, 應該用單數形式

2. 因為前面在講 "如果員工當中的有人犯罪, 這個人..." 定冠詞是為了point out this specific employee, 還是應該用單數

關於前面所提到的虛擬, if the employee acted跟緊接著的if the corporation benefited 是很完美的平行...
