这题我犹豫了一下。

第一感觉是想选E的，觉得B里面的过去时和现在完成时连用不对。而E里面的Of ... , xx percent ...是个常见句式。

不过想想E时态也是有问题的，appear和vanish都用了现在时，好像是在appear的同时就vanish了。

paopao不选B的理由是什么呢？

1. 我查了一下大全

关于percent 的用法 只见到 x percent of  y, 没见到of y , x percent

2.关于现在完成时与过去时 都表示过去发生的动作 现在完成时强调的是现在仍是这样或影响到现在 过去时没有这样的强调 所以我想想用appeared 可能更好

3关于of the ... that 我认为要用the 另外后面又有定从 表示所有的意思 没有用the 不明确 这是我当时选B的原因

1. that appeared on earth，  that 从句修饰species的话，这些species 是 appearED，现在已经都不存在了。不是作者想要表达的意思。

2. 其主谓间隔好大。
