今天再看这道题目，有一个疑问，正确选项中，more than all the...combined我觉得不对啊，题目中是水量的比较，我觉得应该写成 more than that all the ...combined才是对等比较，that指 fresh water。。我的想法对不对啊？？

另外，prep解释中说A中的more than...是fresh water 的同位语，我觉得不是同位语而是名词修饰语。。。

combined 指的是combined water把water 省略了。
,more than all the North American Great Lakes combined 如果修饰20 percent of the world's water,~(Aof B'S.. 这个不太好),那么体现的是20 percent of the world's water is more than all the North American Great Lakes combined water，句子的原意应该是体现Lake BaiKal的水量比其他湖泊水量之和都多，主语强调的不同。

举个不一样的例子，the concert was attended by 300 people,twice the previous attence.
twice the previous attence 是仅仅修饰300 people 的么？还是与前面的clause 做个对比？

我觉得不是省略了water诶。。。你如果加上water，more than all XX combined water不通啊。。。。
