           The second piece of evidence we need to fully evaluate this argument is the reason why the average rent for an apartment in their town has risen in recent years. The reason could be people’s income in their town has risen in recent years so residents are willing to pay higher prices for renting houses. If this is the reason, then students will get paid higher when they go to find a part time job that counteract the rising rent and this argument would be weakened. However, this reason could be there is a shortage of house in this town so that only by offering a higher price, can someone rent a house. If this is the reason why the average rent for an apartment in their town has risen in recent years, it would certainly strengthen this argument.
          Another piece of evidence we need is a surveys which can tell us how many percentage of students are attracted by dormitories to enroll. Instead of using money to build dormitories, College can also money to hire teachers, to update their facilities. All these thing would attract more students to enroll. If there is some survey showing that dormitory is a more attractive factor for students than teacher or facilities or anything else, then College should use money to build some new dormitories and this survey would certainly strengthen this argument. However, if surveys show that other thing instead of dormitories would be the most attractive factor for students, this evidence would certainly weaken this argument.
           To sum up, in order to fully evaluate this argument, we need to know is there any surveys supporting the current trend that students will double over the next 50 years and surveys which can tell us how many percentage of students are attracted by dormitories to enroll. As the same time, we also need to know he reason why the average rent for an apartment in their town has risen in recent years to fully evaluate this argument.
