回复已经面试的学校我已经回绝了其他学校对结果有帮助么

之前面试的学校问我还申请了哪些其他学校，还说如果有任何消息都请及时告诉他们，如果我现在回邮件说我已经回绝掉其他学校，非常想进他们的program，这样合适么？会有帮助拿到offer么？

If a school called you, it meant that you were on the top of their list. They must be very interested in your profile. Therefore, I believe instead of telling them that you will reject all the other programs, it is better you give them some solid reasons why you are really attached to their program. You can tell them that you have got other interviews, cause this will make you sound quite popular. However, make sure you also tell them why you may not choose that school. The professors will get the hint. Keep in contact with the professor and make them feel that you are really concerned with their decision. I think simply telling them that you will reject all other offers sounds a little bit desperate. But that just my opinion! Hope this will help! Good luck with your application!

我跟你是反方向的策略，我对两个学校说过，我已经有offer了，结果两个学校都加快了面试过程，第一面第二天就给我发了第二面邀请。现在一个已经给了offer，一个说我在WL的top看看这周能不能决定。
但是我也给了那些没给我消息的学校说，虽然我有offer，但是最喜欢你blablabla，结果发出去的五所，只有一所回复我，还让我4月15号才理那些offer，别管口头deadline.

根据以上经验，我觉得，如果你在shortlist上，这样会帮你提高位次，但是如果不在，他根本不会鸟```
