This year a graduate student from MSU is going to work with E&Y in Chicago. She did her undergrad and master in MSU and she speaks English just like native speakers. So in my opinion, if your English is good enough, there is no way that you can't find an accounting job in the U.S. Every Chinese student who speaks perfect English here has been hired by one of the Big 3.
