Well, you are right about it being hard to get admissions in third or fourth round. The thing is that even if you do get in, it might not be enough time for you to get your visa!! So, if this is at ALL possible, think about waiting a few more months, as you will likely be admitted to a better school!

Otherwise, if you apply to all the schools on your list above, and if you have a strong application, I think you would have a shot at getting in, as your test scores are excellent (although it depends on lots of things I don't know - your university, your grades, and most importantly your work experience)
