一开始选E （是不是用 which/that  are（be） 的都是啰嗦）看看别人的解释 觉得选B 也行。。。  正确答案是A

BCD的问题都很明显，本来三个平行的东西，在这三个选项中都变成四个平行的东西
E中，which本来修饰的对象就有歧义，A ,B AND C,WHICH...虽然根据单复，which一定不能只修饰C，但是可以修饰BC，也可以修饰ABC；另外，这里的those后面用to do作为定语修饰，不知道gmat承不承认those作为代词代替noun时的这种用法。。。即使可以，因为不定式做后置定语本身的限制：这里只能表示将来必然发生的动作，而impact不一定发生，所以应该如A用would表示不确定~

我也感觉这题要把A选项反复的研读，弄清楚各部分的关系


这题如果匆忙的审题把A跳过去。。。蛮容易做错

sorry~今天看了一下ron的上课笔记，这里which修饰只会指代A,B&C，没有指代BC的歧义(而且也绝对不能指代BC)。。。
个人认为E的最大错误还是在最后，to impact the most on the people修饰those不对（不符合不定式修饰noun的所有情况）~
关于语义的问题，也有一定道理，因为是discussion，所以用are太过绝对，也不符合情境~
