但是邮件里说的是：If your application was complete by the priority deadline, December 1, a decision will be available in your secure online application account by midnight, Central Standard Time, on February 15. (You'll know if you are in this group if you submitted your application by December 1 and the first email you received from our office after that date informed you that your file was complete.)
括号里的两个条件都满足呢~
