【求助哇】为什么CU-Boulder在submit付款的时候总是出错？

一开始付款页面显示：This transaction cannot be accepted.

后来显示：An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

     An error occurred during processing. Call Merchant Service Provider.


今天发了邮件，学校不回。打电话过去，没人接，只叫留语音信息。
求助，这要怎么弄？

后来打电话打通了，她说可以用wire transfer，但是网页上除了credit card就是check，如果我用wire transfer，是不是点check进行提交？
还有那个check页面后面的 Signature有什么讲究吗？
