这里主语是 energy 还是 percent？
如果是energy 那么不可数名词，comes 应该用三单吧？

33 percent of the dates come from middle east
如果dates是主语，那这个就是正确的喽？

1) 看of介词短语判定是单数还是复数。
Right: Some of the money was stolen from my wallet. money要谓语用单数
2) 但none of / any of后加复数名词，谓语用单数。
Right: Any of these women is a suitable candidate for marriage to my son. 因为一次指的是一个女人。
3) not one一定是单数。
Right: Not one of my friends is here this weekend.
