各位朋友好，目前遇到些理解吃力的句子，还望大家帮我理理：

19题中：Nobody can gain access to a computer equipped with the software solely by virtue  of skill at forging  signatures，中的solely by virtue  of skill at forging  signatures，是说仅有那些仿造的签名技术才能access？这样理解太矛盾了又...还请高手帮忙！

19题目C选项的意思是：仅使用国外签名的技术，不能让人们获得使用这个计算机装配软件的权利。

谢谢谢谢，原来by virtue of 有凭借，借助的意思，受教了!对了，前面的computer equiped by software 个人理解觉得应该是配备了该软件的电脑会好些
