看过OA，看过一些帖子，没有一个地方提到这里是不是涉及到平行结构呢？
题干中OPEC是个组织，与其对应的就不能是output，而应该是各种nations，这样可以排除B和C。


只是想请教大牛们，这样排除B和C选项，是否安全呢？

我不是大牛，但是我也觉得不涉及平行结构啊。我觉得可以通过主动、被动语态去删除B和C。因为这里面都有nations, 而GMAT强调这种需要知道由谁干了什么事的一般都用主动语态。

另外想请教的是C中解释，Would在be trimmed之前是redundant的。不过这题如果是说X will do sth only if Y does sth, 那其实凭时态已经可以区分了，为什么OG还要特别提一句redundant呢？如果表述为 is trimmed就会出现B选项的不清晰。这样写了其实有没有什么特别的地方呢？谢谢

就是因为是X will do sth only if Y does sth所以would是多余的。
关于redundant，manhattan是这么解释的：Eachword in the correct choice must benecessary to the meaning of the sentence. No right answer on the GMAT will containredundant words.

B选项里面的which引导的从句修饰的应该是the noun immediately preceding it，也就是non-OPEC nations,那如果从平行的角度讲，就是对的啊。另外还请教一个问题，为什么B选项用is trimmed会vague?多谢！
