同意18楼

"English has a number of gender-neutral words such as 'person', as well as a number of gender-neutral pronouns such as 'anyone', 'everyone', and 'no one'. However, it does not have gender-neutral singular personal pronouns.
A good workaround is to use the plural possessive form, 'their'. The Oxford English Dictionary 2001 sanctions the use of this form to refer to 'belonging or associated with a person whose sex is not specified'. In this way, the writer can avoid using sexist language."
-Legal English

So I assume it applies to "those" here for the same reason.

想问A里面but those who have tried to count typically have found..直接不出现代词,不说count什么,为何这样是可行的?

这样为什么不行呢,这里很清楚指的是前面提到的how many languages in the world,补出代词并不会更清楚的表达这一点,因为前面有很多可指代的对象。
