OSU到底需不需要wes，和offical test report啊？

问一下大家。。我看官网上是这样写的

Do not send extra copies of materials to us via surface mail that you have already provided to us in your online application. The only materials that should arrive in the Fisher Admissions Office via surface mail are:

i.Official transcripts

ii.Recommendations from any of your references who have chosen not to use the online option.

没有说要送toefl 和gmat的offical report啊。。而且也完全没有提到wes认证的问题。。申请的知道是怎么回事吗？到底用不用offical test report 和wes？

LZ你好，我现在就在FISHER，上周他们刚来课上做宣传，是要WES的，transcript应该就学校盖章就好了，录取了再寄

那就是申请的时候需要寄wes的认证成绩单了？申请不用寄offical transcript和offical toefl and gmat report吧？
