是省略，省略了PACE，当比较（THAN， AS。。。AS）前后比较对象相同，可以省略。

另一种省略形式是当从句中主谓与主句中主谓相同，从句中主谓可省。

THAN比较没什么可怕，只要牢记同类事物只能和同类事物比。
