C,D 两个选项从意思上来看,个人认为是C要好一点。因为原句(A选项)表达的就是一种对比——unlike, 可是D中的even though 却有一种假设的感觉——即使。。。所以尽管C没有那么concise,我为了遵从句意而选择了C,不知道大家怎么看呢?(比如:even though 可以有另一种解读?) 新手初来乍到,不胜感激啊!
