C项的话，根据句义的话应该是computer chip prices have been sent plunging 这个整句话由oversupply引起的，但是which只能指代前面的名词而不能指代整句话，所以C项不对。 D项的话，prices from an oversupply指从过度供给中出来的价格，在这里from不能表示由什么原因引起的意思吧。
哦，大意了，C项which是修饰prices，这里就变成price resulted from oversupply了，而不是price plunging这个现象resulted from oversupply,这样理解对吗 但是D项还是不是很清楚，OG为什么说它的chronology confusing呢，我觉得先后顺序挺清楚的呀。
