正要反对B的时候，突然间发现yue MM贴出题目和我手上的版本不一样，B、C选项互换了。

按这里的版本，我认为是B。主谓一致，形式对称嘛。

D中found后面的结构太混乱，而且and more than half the surgical residents work是一个句子，显然是不合适的。
