我选了A，答案是D。这题做的时候就很犹豫，我感觉plan可以outline strategy啊。或者说，如果plan作逻辑主语，这句话该怎么改写呢？
还有，D中wednesday前面不用加on吗？这个句子成分怎么分析呢？

【判斷active voice/passive voice的方法——個人意見】
我覺得American的思維很簡單，要判斷noun和verb之間到底是哪種voice，直接把它們拿出來看到底noun可不可以主動執行verb，可以就active voice，否則就只能是passive voice了。【這個過程千萬不能想得太複雜，人家真的是想的很簡單的..】

例如這裡的plan跟outline，lz的想法應該是計劃可以概括出executive的strategy。但是就直接看這兩個詞，plan能主動去做outline這個動作嗎？不行吧，只有executive才可以，即executive outline plan。

如果從這個角度來說的話，ABC都錯了。如果要用plan改寫這個句子的話，應該用passive voice。

另，Wednesday有一種用法，就是作為adverb，表示on Wednesday。不過這種用法主要在北美用的，例如See you Wednesday.
在這裡wednesday作為adverb修飾announce，表示announce的時間。

整句话的逻辑主语是executive，那么announced应该也是由executive来执行，就不用被动了；既然用被动，那么执行者就不是executive，逻辑主语是谁呢，不知道，his无所指
