modifiers有noun modifier和verb modifier。
past participle屬於noun modifier，由此確定earned修飾pilot or records。
noun modifier要遵循Touch Rule（A NOUN and its MODIFIER should TOUCH each other）原則。
根據touch rule的原則，records才是modified noun。

如果是修饰the pilot，作为动作的发出者，earn 应该是earning 而不是earned
