因为livestock和前面的wild animal 是一类东西，而且不可能脂肪和livestock比，所以可以省略do，没有歧义。

你可以看下曼哈顿论坛上ron和stacey说的。
这道题和Protein in rice is of higher quality than that in wheat完全不一样！！因为protein是主语，所以that有指代，而且我认为也可以省略。
