关于D和E E是指plan 是cut 和 selling的主语  我的理解是原文是指发表的这个plan 其内容是 selling assets 起到了cut 的作用 因为原文（A选项）是以plans作主语的，所以为了不改变句义 我还特地排除了D。。。有木有人能给解释下这样说有啥错误

plans本身是不可以去cut的，只有CEO人有这个能力，plan 只是 cut的一系列动作的概括而已。所以亲。。选D是必须滴。。。还有呀能用短语咱就不用句子，言简意赅无论如何都是好的
