Since you have mentioned the zigzag road in one's life, and you will find it make sense when you look back.
It occurs to me that there is a relevant topic talking about the career paths and life experiences in one of the lectures in TOEFL's TPO. I think one can be enlightened after listening to that.  Maybe you will have the same feeling with me if you have the chance to finish that lecture.

米有啊，我经常越障写完了没读一遍就发上来了。隔两天翻翻帖子，oh no，单复数语法句子不通什么的错误连天啊！！！然后又弱弱的去改掉它……其实阅读写作什么的就是要逼一下自己，阅读不好小分队才不能落下啊，写作不行才不能停止练笔哇~~大家一起练习，共同交流，相互监督，才能进步嘛~~

A partenership Canada-based organization pointed out that diamonds were missing form both illegal and legal trades.

3. 2'41" [312]LAOS is a poor country in Asia, but now it's developing steadier and faster. This yr it joined the WTO, hosted an international meeting. Its economy is distinguished with gold, copper and hydropower.
From 2012-11 its development rate is steady, only 2 3 other countries which r also in Asia have steadier growth rates.
The label of "Great Moderation" given to America and other rich areas b4 the crisis shall now describe Asia.
Asian countries are better known for their speed than stability. There were five well-known Asian countries for their fast developing economy. Though the speed is out of ??? international range??

Developing Asia is dominated by populous countries who depends on the domestic demands more than export.
After the Asian financial crisis, Asian policy makes faced a dilemma. If they increase the interest rates to defend the exchange rates, the borrowers will be hurt; if they let the currency at a ease rate, the foreign currency burden will be inflated and borrowers get crippled.
Now they lower their foreign debt, borrow money from the domestic loan? So that they can decrease the interest rate when economy is slow.
Indonesia is doing well at control the interest rates by the central bank, to keep the economy steady.

Worryingly the Asian countries r developing with increasing debts. The leverage is higher than the international rate. Somebody said it's the leverage keep the economy growing steadily.
M? is skeptical about the leverage theory.
Luckily the Asian countries didn't learn the west's "self-correcting" economic system. Like Indonesia, it makes loan-tighten policy to lower the loan or mortgage.

OBSTACLE

11'47" [1559]Being bullied at work includes physical abuse, isolation, etc... An investigation shows that many ppl have been bullied or experienced bullying at work, different countries have different percantage.


Bullying at work has attracted many organization's notice, and some European countries enacted some law against it. These laws ensure employers provide a health working environment to employees, both physically and psychologically.


US plans but not yet to enact anti-bullying bills. And some employees want their insurance include the being bullied protection, as they couldn't find other legal protection.


Allowing bullying happen at work place is realy harmful to a company. If employee leaves because of bullying, the training to replacement, insurance, etc, will cost a lot. Also it'll harm the company's reputation, lower employees' work effeciency.


Nowadays employers should make sure the work place keep the employee both physically and psycologically healthy.
