呵呵，其实，生活很多时候随波逐流，vision和坚持是好的，如果出现更好的机会或更适合自己的方式，也要抓住不放啊。

Bully is a common occurence according to survey.
Harmness Bully can bring to employees.
It is popular in US and also in a global range.
Laws are created worldwide to protect emplyees.
In US recently Law is activated. And employees are asking insurance agains bully in contract too.
Bully should attract emplyers attention and things should be done to make sure emplyees are protected.

A survey shows 83% of respondent said they have experienced bully. Bully are driving more employers away from workplace other than violence. The problem is serious that Denmark has to set a special institution to solve the problems.

Laws are established in Denmark , Sweden… other countries follow the suit… England does not have a special law , but it can refers to other laws.

Costs spend on training employees replace who leaves due to bully may reduce costs on health insurance… may reduce the morale of workers.
Conclusion: Human resources professionals, attorneys… must be aware of workplace bully…The emerging risk should be managed to benefit employers and employees.
