I am very pleased to introduce our business woman leader -Ms Cecila Zhangto come to CEIBS, sharing her working experience and successful life stories with us onNov 15th, Thursday, 2012





Cecilia is now working as thekey Partnerof Financial Service of Great China inErnst&Young.With over 20 years experience, she did great job in the financial advisory sector, however, prior to join with E&Y, she used to be theGM of insurance consultancy service in IBM Global Service, which is from the very different Industry. She had a comment on her careerswitch -





“It’s important to choose something that interests you – something that you find enjoyable,” she says. “My advice is to seek out role models and mentors who can help you grow and understand your own strengths. Then, set goals and commit yourself to achieving them. Be focussed – but remember to take the time to look after yourself too! Of course it will be hard – but be proud of your hard work and your achievements!”





She is coming to CEIBS today, talks abouthow working with strong women role models helped her make the decision to pursue a career with Advisory practice, her approach to building great relationships with clients and her team… and the famous line from a Chen Kaige film that sums up her attitude to work- "If you are not crazy about it, then you have not found the beauty of it."
