I am not sure what's the problem for admission office. Please be patient because it must deal with a lot of applications every year and it may defer their time for answering. If you really have urgent situation, like interview arrangement, you always can make a call to admission office directly.
Regarding interviewer, I think you can let the school know the situation. However, it reflects real recruiting situation in the future. For most recruiters, they have no time to preview your resume in advance or they even just spend 30 seconds to skim your resume only.

ross的admission office今年状况好差-interviewer特别不负责，发了email又不联系，very last minute 才respond, 有唧唧歪歪不愿意meet, 然后系统又出问题， 18 号收到邮件remind me to bring my photo id for my interview on the 15th...so genius..seriouslly, after talking to the interviewer, I already don't want to go to that school

Ross今年对Interviewer进行了新一轮培训，不应该出现这样的情况啊

AO发出通知以后应该就是具体对应的校友和你联系的，并不是admission office直接和你联系。
如果你感觉特别糟糕，可以和AO反馈

我原本也对Ross的印象很好，但是从开始book interview 的时候，就感觉他家的admission好像不太负责。。。其他有名的学校都是抢着想要认识了解applicant...这家给我的影响就是不太在乎，i am the one who is going to pay for the tuition eventually, and too be honest, Ross is not THAT good yet for me to beg to go into...anyways, my interviewer didn't even bother reading my resumes eventho i sent it to him and upload to their internal booking system...and that email after my interview was just real "smart"...
