1)  “Industrialization and modern methods of insect control“ 这个东东发出两个actions: 1)
improved the standard of living around the globe 2) introduced some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutant。所以要用while

2) at the same time. 代表得是这个东东发出来得2个actions又在一次得同时发生。
