OG说C对，A不对，因为A看起来是修饰拉military equipment，不能表达是the use of such items。而C代表前面的句子，表达了这样的意思。

一直就认为分词是可以修饰前面整个句子不会引起歧义的阿。所以觉得B正确。

分词可以伴随表示结果啊, OG里面不是有个bringing那题就是嘛.

这题我觉得关键是看出是表结果还是表目的, 我觉得这个好难以区分...

另外我觉得B结构很流畅, 但是E的in order to似乎可以直接简化成To...吧, 而且by law位置也是不清不楚的, 大家意见如何?
