请教一下这个题目怎么解？

大牛们能不能给我解释一下，

1. 句子意思中是bird被发现，为什么不用 be found 而是用found就可以了，

2. E中感觉也是挺平行的，and  后的that 指代的是BIRD 然后接的是has.....为什么是错的呢，感觉语义上也是讲的通的啊？

3. C中的resembling 就算是主动的也不应该用ING形式啊？

SO 为什么答案是C 而不是E ？

C：用 and 连接了 found 和 that resembles 形成并列关系，是做adj.修饰animal，功能相同，
E：前面用 that is found 后面用 that 加了逗号在用 resembling 前后也不对应，并且that is+adj成分，concision方面不是很prefer
