我排除剩下了B和C选项。老遇到这这种比较的题很容易会看错。我选资料C，我理解意思是there are more than three times as many household(修饰说明怎样的household) as those(指代household，然后后面的whose修饰是怎样的household) whose。whose也可以修饰物体的呀～～不知道为什么会选B，意思C也是很明白的就是后面的那些household是前面那些household的三倍嘛～～为啥是B呢。

you should make the comparison as parallel as possible


c is inferior to B because of parallelim


the meaning in C is OK here
